Blaster Mod of the Week 29

The community on Blasted.de is the German speaking dartblaster community! In this series we’ll present a new awesome mod from the community once a week, every week.

Blaster of the Week

In the past we had several painting and crafting competitions on Blasted.de.
One of the winners of such a competition with the topic movies and games was Heckenschütze with his silver rifle from the original Winnetou. It is a strongly modified Doubleshot from BuzzBee. All wooden parts are made of real wood and were handmade especially for this conversion.
The innards were minimized to the essentials to function and then optically enlarged with great effort to match the dimensions of the silver rifle.

Modder to Modder

Working with real wood on plastic blaster can be a challenge, especially when it comes to connecting the heavy wood with the light blaster. However, wood makes a great material for handles and shoulder rests. Also it’s much easier than expected. If you always wanted to use wood on your Blaster you should really give it a shot. With some planning it is easier than it looks!
