Something is damaged or just doesn’t fit? Or the ordered articles do not meet your expectations? In addition to your legal right of revocation or complaint, you also have the option of returning the goods in question to us in an uncomplicated and easy manner based on our return service.
1. Returns (Blasterparts returns service)
a) Returns from non-EU countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway etc.)
For parcels that are returned to us from non-EU countries, you can use our returns portal at www.blasterparts.com/returns.
You can request a return for your order here. You will then receive a consignment paper, which must be enclosed inside the package with the goods.

Attention! Returns from non-EU countries (UK, Switzerland, etc.) must be accompanied by a customs declaration CN22/23 AND 2 copies of the original invoice, which must be attached to the outside of the parcel (in a transparent cover)! You can obtain this customs envelope from your post office.
Pay attention when filling out the paperwork:
1. The customs declaration must state the respective individual item per line. (e.g. „Clown costume“, „Prince costume“ and NOT „2 costumes“)
2. The price of the respective article must be stated with decimal place and in EURO. The customs tariff number of the goods is 95059000 unless otherwise stated.
3. It must be noted that the goods are returned goods.
4. Two copies of the original invoice with the marked returns must be attached to the outside of the parcel in a transparent envelope.
5. The return should be sent as a standard parcel from your country’s postal service, as experience has shown that sending it by other means (e.g. letter/registered mail/etc.) can lead to problems with customs clearance, and the return will then not be handed over to us by customs and the goods cannot be processed or credited.
b) Returns from Germany
We offer you the opportunity to return goods to us easily and conveniently. If, contrary to expectations, you do not like an item, you can simply return your order to us within 14 days of receipt, in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal (more details in our General Terms and Conditions under „Withdrawal“). Please use our returns portal for returns at www.blasterparts.com/returns.
Here you can request a return for your order, stating your invoice number (consisting of three letters and six digits). You will then receive a return shipping label for DHL and a consignment bill, which must be printed out and enclosed with the return.
Such returns are free of shipping costs if the returned goods exceed a value of €40 and the delivery address was in Germany. If the value of the returned goods is less than €40, we would charge you €4.95 if you use the shipping label, or you can frank the return package yourself at your own expense.
c) Returns from other EU countries (e.g. Austria, France, etc.)
For parcels that are returned to us from non-EU countries, you can use our returns portal at www.blasterparts.com/returns.
You can request a return for your order here. You will then receive a consignment bill, which must be enclosed inside the package with the goods.
The return shipment must be sufficiently stamped by yourself.

If, contrary to expectations, you do not like an item, you can still return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons, in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. Simply enclose a copy of the invoice, note which items are being returned and send the package back to us with sufficient postage.
The contractually granted MASKWORLD returns service does not affect your statutory rights and claims. In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Note: For obvious reasons, we cannot take back hygiene articles whose original product packaging (primary sales packaging) has been opened in this way. Hygiene articles include Latex applications, latex masks, real hair beards, special FX teeth, contact lenses, make-up, make-up effects and make-up accessories (brushes, sponges etc.), stockings, tights, bodysuits, mini shorts, pacifiers and earrings. 2. Complaint / Warranty
If an item is defective or has another defect, please contact our customer service team at support@blasterparts.com
Please include a description of the defect and, if possible, one or two images in jpg or pdf format. As you can assert your statutory warranty rights of rectification, reduction or withdrawal here, we would like to help you with your complaint. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible!
