The Tuner
Tuner strive to understand how things work. They’re easily spotted. Most blasters in their posession are either disassembled or apparently not operational at all. There are screws, springs and copper tubing everywhere. If a child gets their hands on one of the blasters, you can see sheer panic in the tuners eyes.
