Blaster Mod of the Week 28

The community on Blasted.de is the German speaking dartblaster community! In this series we’ll present a new awesome mod from the community once a week, every week.

Blaster of the Week
This week we have an Alphahawk for you combining the best of two worlds. It’s realistic and colorful! A blaster that we like because it celebrates the martial look of the Alphahawk with an amazing metallic paint job while it keeps its toy aesthetics intact with the nice choice of color – strong green. Even though this seems like an usual combination it worked out great!

This blaster is just as suitable for battles as it is for posing with a matching cosplay! The new barrel, extending the blaster significantly, adds a nice touch the Alphahawk and creates an amazing overall look.

Modder to Modder
This mod demonstrates two things very nicely:
1.: A colourful design does not necessarily look bright and toy-like.
2.: Strong colours do indeed benefit from a slight weathering, as these ageing and soiling effects make heights and depths pop. They improve the blasters overall look and give the paint job a very authentic look!

Blasterparts Mod of the Week
We will continually post a Mod of the Week from here on and would love your support. Maybe you’d contribute a few sentences for our Modder to Modder section if we present your mod, make suggestions which mod should be next or discuss, ask and help one another with tips and tricks around our favourite hobby.
